By using the Service, you agree not to use it to:
- Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of any Guest.
- Operate a property in breach of local short-term rental regulations.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to Guests or third parties.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or discriminate against any person.
- Impersonate any individual or entity, including HostPal or its staff.
- Circumvent identity verification, payment, or anti-fraud measures of any third party (including Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, Twilio, or Meta).
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
- Submit content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Use the Service to host or transmit malware.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
Violation is grounds for immediate suspension and termination per Section 12 of the Terms of Service. We may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
