By accessing or using HostPal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HostPal provides AI-powered guest communication tools for short-term rental hosts. The Service includes automated message handling, knowledge management, and team collaboration features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; violate any laws; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit harmful content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
